2. Sự khác biệt giữa các con số trong IELTS Listening
- 13 – 30: Thirteen – thirty
- 14 – 40: Fourteen – fourty
- 15 – 50: fifteen – fifty
- 16 – 60: Sixteen – sixty
- 17 – 70: Seventeen – seventy
- 18 – 80: Eighteen – eighty
- 19 – 90: Nineteen – ninety.
- 8415: eight thousand four hundred and fifteen.
- 2731: two thousand seven hundred and thirty-one
- 7010: seven thousand and ten
- 6911: six thousand nine hundred and eleven.

3. Cách nghe số và ngày tháng trong IELTS Listening
3.1. Số điện thoại
- 0 được phát âm là “oh” và bạn khó có thể nghe thấy “zero”.
- Nếu có một số gấp đôi, chúng tôi nói “double”.
- Không nói từng số một, thay vào đó đọc chúng theo nhóm 2 hoặc 3. Vì vậy, 13554684616 sẽ được nói là “13-double 5 – 468-46-16”.
3.2. Ngày tháng
- Có một số cách khác nhau để nói và viết ra ngày tháng. Phổ biến nhất là: “the 25th of October”.
- Nếu bạn phải viết ra một ngày tháng và giới hạn từ là một từ / hai từ, bạn không nên viết ra “the” và “of”.
